In 1989, 3E Services was founded by Patrice L’Hôte to assist companies in the research and application of funding opportunities.
In 1995, , 3E Services expanded its network, launching concessionaries (trademark license) in France and throughout Europe. It became the first network specialized in public funding opportunities research.
In 1998, the firm was recognized as a “Consultant specializing in national grants for research and development”
In 2001, the company was awarded with the prize of the National Federation of Management Centres.
Since 2011 the firm has integrated the Paris financial services cluster “Finance innovation”. M. Patrice L’Hôte co-wrote the white book on the social economy of funding and finance.
